The Waterfront Chalet is 2400 square feet of pure Luxury built in 2007 just for entertaining with friends and family. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps up to 10 guests and has 3 King Size Beds, 2 twin size boat beds and 2 twin trundle beds.  It also features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with 6 Burner commercial gas Range, 2 gas fireplaces (one up and one down), Mini split heat pump with air conditioning, a large great room with wall of windows facing the lake, commercial washer/dryer, Foosball table, HDTV with DVD player, WIFI, Weber BBQ (propane) and Hot Tub! Enjoy the great outdoors on 4 waterfront acres!  Don't worry about electricity and power outages again as this home has a new EV charger (phase 2) and a whole house backup generator.  This is a lovely accessible accommodation with wheelchair access and walk-in shower on main floor. Silve Lake Fishing & Swimming The home has a dock with an optional rowboat rental and life jackets if you want to go fishing or explore the lake.  Silver Lake is stocked with trout each year and fishing season opens the last weekend in April.  Silver Lake Park is directly across from the house is great for kids with a sandy beach for water play, a public boat launch, playground and lots of room to roam!  The Whatcom County Parks Department has a lodge at the park that rents canoes, paddle boards, peddle boats and row boats by the hour.  Silver Lake park is 180 acres and is directly across from the home.  Guests enjoy views of trees across the lake, not homes creating a sense of ultimate privacy.  Silver Lake has 2 public boat launches and is a 10hp limit lake for quiet enjoyment. The Waterfront Chalet has a large landscaped yard, a Fire Pit for roasting marshmallows, outdoor chairs and tables, lounge chairs, yard games, picnic table and a propane Weber BBQ for cooking your favorite meal.  Paddle Boards are not included with the rental but are available to rent at Silver Lake Park. Boat Rental is $25 per night.  (Rental Availability is April- October) * We provide a pack-n-play and highchair upon request *There is very limited cellular service if any at the cabin.  Please use the Talk over WIFI feature to have full access to your cell phone while at the cabin. We are pleased to offer free of charge guest WIFI at our properties.  Service in the Mt. Baker area experiences intermittent service failures and these circumstances are beyond our control. Our area is limited to one service provider and we appreciate your understanding with the following policy: We are unable to offer a refund for accommodations based on WIFI outages, speed or disruptions. Note: This home is in the mountains and near a ski area and it is subject to inclement weather including excessive snow, Ice, wind and rain. Due to the potential harsh weather, power outages and internet outages happen from time to time and are out of our control. We do not refund guest money due to unforeseen power outages or loss of internet. Please prepare for all types of weather when visiting the mountains.
