Two additional king beds with their own private ensuite bathroom with luxurious amenities similar to the primary, and a TV for relaxation - one boasting a picturesque view of the lake. Extra sleeping arrangements include: Bunk room: Four extra-long twin bunk beds (8 beds total) with access to the hallway bathroom. Two twin day beds in the living area can also serve as additional seating. Guest access Your stay at Waddell Waters is complemented by full access to: A fully stocked kitchen on the main level with everything you need to create culinary masterpieces. On the lower level, you will find a second fully-sized kitchen. A dedicated workspace with high-speed WiFi, for when duty calls. This property has two active security cameras on premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. Waddell Waters is located within minutes of an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options in the Mooresville area, 20 minutes from Davidson College, 30 miles north of downtown Charlotte, and 45 miles from Winston Salem. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
