Our brand new home is located in a gated boutique resort community (Villa Domani) in the Reunion and Champions Gate area. You will be close to the parks, restaurants with international cuisines, outlets, and all of the incredible attractions that Central Florida has to offer. Your reservation gives you complimentary access to the resort style pool and serene surroundings of the Villa Domani community. This elegantly decorated home is perfect for an upscale feel that will allow you to relax in luxurious yet comfortable surroundings.  Our home offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, sleeping 9 comfortably. Downstairs you will find a kitchen fully equipped with cooking essentials and full-size appliances, a spacious dining area, and a cozy living room. You can look forward to gathering with friends and family after long days at the theme park. Other amenities include a fully furnished patio with a cocktail pool, WIFI and cable, an in-unit washer and dryer, and Roku TVs in every room! Bedroom configuration: Downstairs: King bedroom with ensuite Upstairs: 1 King bedroom with ensuite 1 Twin bedroom (2 beds) sharing a bathroom with 1 bedroom with bunk beds and an additional twin bed. Enjoy complimentary access to the community pool, waterpark, lounge, gym and business center.  Other Things to Note: No-Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate it if you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in. No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking/vaping in bedrooms, balconies, patio, or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning. No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
