The condo even has a small kitchen with all the essential appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee maker/Keurig — a perfect place to cook fresh seafood favorites! Splash around in the pool, play a few rounds of shuffleboard, or host cookouts in the BBQ area.  Call loved ones or post photos to social media with WiFi in the common area on the first floor, and stay fit in a fitness room. Soak up the sun on the sundeck, or head out to the beach for surfing, sandcastle building, or beachcombing. IMPORTANT Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM Spring Break and Major Holidays) THIS PROPERTY IS 21 years old AND OLDER. The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum(including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632. Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. Upon arrival, ALL GUESTS will have to register at the HOA office to receive their parking pass. It is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in.  The cost is  $30, and they accept credit cards and cash(no debit).
