This recently renovated vacation home is a 2 story, 4 bedroom historic property that sleeps a maximum of 10 guests in total (including sleeper sofa). The top floor features 3 separate bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) and a shared full bathroom. The ground floor of the house offers a spacious living/sitting area, a spacious den with two twin beds, dining room, full bathroom, a generous family/entertainment room which features a queen sleeper sofa and an entertainment system with cable and a flat screen tv, a fully furnished and equipped kitchen and a laundry room. The family room features french doors opening up to the pool deck and backyard amenities including lounge chairs, charcoal grill and outdoor hot/cold shower. Pool heat is optional. This house is pet friendly, but there are weight and breed restrictions as well as applicable fees and deposit requirements. All pets are on request.
The property is located just a few blocks from The Intracoastal Waterway and a short leisurely walk to the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, including City Place, The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and the Palm Beach County Convention Center. The Periwinkle's convenient location allows you to fully immerse yourself in the art, shopping, restaurants, recreational activities, museums, events, night life and exclusivity that West Palm Beach has to offer.
