BOOKING RULES: PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August): Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Sunday. SEPTEMBER AND THANKSGIVING: Week-long (7 night) stays must be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out). OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS: Two night stays are allowed on weeknights (Mon-Thurs) during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking. Any two-night stays are allowed in Jan, Feb, and April. NO 1 NIGHT STAYS NO CHECK-IN OR CHECK-OUT ON THANKSGIVING DAY, CHRISTMAS EVE OR CHRISTMAS DAY This unit is best suited for 24 adults (max) and 8 kids. The base rate covers up to 24 guests. You may have up to 8 more, (32 total guests) but guest fees will apply and 24 is the max number of adults. For weddings and events, a minimum of $7,500 surcharge will apply. The 2500 sqft solarium has plenty of room for all the guests staying at the home and comprises of a Tiki Bar area and outdoor furniture. There are two extremely spacious master suites on the south wing with private verandas and great views of Table Rock Lake. There are two other spacious masters on the north wing, one with a King size bed and the other a queen. The basement has two massive bunk rooms that will sleep 8 in each room.
