Seventh Heaven at Tamarron Resort (Pinecone #858) is our two story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo featuring a fully updated kitchen, gas fireplace, and private deck located on the 7th hole of the Valley Course. Situated in the heart of the pine forest, our unit offers a secluded Colorado Mountain feel. Guests can play the course. Wifi speeds are appx 100+ mbps. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions. Very nice kitchen with granite countertops, 2 full baths, nice end unit with great views and extra windows. There is a queen bed in main floor bedroom, and two queen beds in the upstairs loft. LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc) activities. 4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar). A guest will receive a 100% refund if canceled/changed at least 30 days before check-in; a 50% refund if canceled/changed 14-30 days before check-in; and no refund if canceled/changed 13 days or less before check-in.
