The open-concept living and dining areas are bright, welcoming, and offer direct access to the private pool area. Important to Know: Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to request a quote. Pool can still be used without heating. Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property. Pool heaters are preset to 86°F before arrival and operate 12 hours per day. Water temperature may vary depending on weather. Refunds for heating are only provided if the guest has paid for it and a verified technical issue has occurred. Any refund will not exceed the amount paid for heating. Grill Disclaimer A grill is provided at the property for guest use; however, it is not maintained or serviced by the owner or the management company. It is made available as a courtesy for your convenience and should be used outside of the pool area only. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use and for replenishing the propane or gas supply as needed.
