Pool Heat: Pool heat is available during the colder months for an additional fee.   Cooling: Due to the extreme heat, the AC cannot drop below 70. Lowering the temperature anymore will cause the AC to freeze over.  Guest Entry: Entry is keyless and accessible 24/7. A unique code will be sent prior to your arrival that will allow you access into the home during your stay.  ***Families welcome*** Minimum renting age 25 years old.  We require one parent for every two persons under the age of 25.
