This lovely and comfortable suite is more like a 'home away from home' with new living room furniture, lighting, large Smart TVs and the ocean view backdrop to create beautiful vacation memories. No need to leave the family behind while attending that business conference - conveniently located in the Kingston Plantation, adjacent to the Hilton Hotel and just a short walk down the beach to the Embassy Suites. Prepare a quick snack or home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of comfortable seating in the dining room or at the kitchen bar. Wind down after a busy day out on the balcony while the sun goes down over the plantation - creating the most beautiful sunset. Stay connected with dedicated high-speed internet/Wi-Fi and enjoy movie night or binge watch your favorite show on the smart TVs. The master bedroom and living room both have access to the balcony, which has a southern ocean view as well as bird's eye view toward the west - over the Kingston Plantation. With 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms, the lovely ocean view retreat will accommodate up to 6 guests with a king in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the guest bedroom. HOA policy states that the guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire length of the stay. Additionally, smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or out on the balcony. Pets are not allowed at any time.
