This unit is located on the Blue River in a quiet forested setting. Pine Creek Lodge comfortably sleeps 8 with forest views. Youre just a 5-minute walk to the Quicksilver Super Chair and close to hiking, biking, and golfing in the Summer. This upscale, nicely finished home offers a private hot tub, forest views and easy access to town and the slopes. Enjoy use of the Columbine Pool & Hot Tub complex offering an outdoor pool, hot tubs and locker room. In general, it is open from June-Aug; and Dec-March and closed the rest of the year.
This home has a queen master suite with ensuite bath, TV and deck. The second bedroom features a queen bed with an ensuite bath and TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed, is ground level and has an ensuite bath and access to the hot tub. There is an additional sofa sleeper in the living room.

GETTING AROUND:
This property is a short 5 minute drive to town/slopes.
THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Breckenridge properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
