The living area has ample seating, a decorative fireplace, and large flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is newly updated with stainless steel appliances and a dining area with seating area for 4. The Master bedroom features a King size bed, large walk-in closet, TV and decorative fireplace. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 double beds, TV, and a decorative fireplace. This home is separated from the park by Drayton Street which is a well-traveled one-way road with a speed limit of 35, there may be street noise. Parking for this home is on-street and metered Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Guests are encouraged to either purchase a pre-paid parking pass from the Savannah Visitor Center or park on a nearby non-metered street.  Guests can walk or bike to many nearby amenities including Forsyth Park: Many events are held at the park throughout the year. It is a great choice for picnics, outdoor sports, walking, and jogging. Just across the street are the free tennis courts! This is also where you will find the famous Forsyth fountain and is a popular spot for weddings in Savannah. Additionally, the Forsyth Farmer’s Market is a great early Saturday morning event to attend. Dining: Fine dining or cocktails at The Mansion on Forsyth Park is located about 2.5 blocks away.
