Guests can choose to rent the entire home which is comprised of two apartments, one on the first floor and one upstairs. This is a great choice for family groups or friends that like the idea of vacationing together versus being split up in a hotel. Renting the entire home offers you a combined 5 bedrooms and 3 baths with sleeping for up to 14. There is also a shared entryway and front porch with seating from which you can enjoy beautiful views of Forsyth Park. Throughout the home, you will find new mattresses, beautiful and stylish furniture and accessories, new paint, refinished floors, high ceilings, and washers and dryers and fully equipped kitchens. This home is ready to welcome guests for a Savannah getaway! First Floor - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, Sleeps 8 The living area has great views of the park and a decorative fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is newly updated and includes a dining area with seating for 6-8. The master bedroom features a Queen sized bed, TV, decorative fireplace and an attached full bathroom. The 1st guestroom features a King bed and TV. The 2nd guestroom also features a Queen bed and TV. The living room features a sleeper sofa as additional bedding. There is an additional full bathroom off the living room with a walk-in shower. Second Floor - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, Sleeps 6 The second floor of this home features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The living area has ample seating, a decorative fireplace, and large flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is newly updated with stainless steel appliances and a dining area with seating area for 4. The Master bedroom features a King size bed, large walk-in closet, TV and decorative fireplace. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 double beds, TV, and a decorative fireplace. The living room features a sleeper sofa as additional bedding. The bathroom with walk-in shower is off the living room. Central heat/air throughout the home. Wireless Internet/WIFI is available for guest use. Note: Fireplaces are sealed and non-working, but they add to the ambiance. This home is separated from the park by Drayton Street which is a well-traveled one-way road with a speed limit of 35, there may be street noise. Parking for this home is on-street and metered Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Guests are encouraged to either purchase a pre-paid parking pass from the Savannah Visitor Center or park on a nearby non-metered street.  Guests can walk or bike to many nearby amenities including Forsyth Park: Many events are held at the park throughout the year. It is a great choice for picnics, outdoor sports, walking, and jogging. Just across the street are the free tennis courts! This is also where you will find the famous Forsyth fountain and is a popular spot for weddings in Savannah. Additionally, the Forsyth Farmer’s Market is a great early Saturday morning event to attend. Dining: Fine dining or cocktails at The Mansion on Forsyth Park is located about 2.5 blocks away.   • By making a reservation I certify that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions set Forth. We will email your Reservation Confirmation/Receipt at the time of booking. Within 24 hours you will receive an email with a link to sign your Rental Agreement and Policies electronically. Your Rental Agreement is due within 3 days of making your reservation or for reservations arriving within 15 days, within 24 hours. Online Bookings are NOT confirmed until you have spoken with a Guest Services Representative of the company. Guest Services will call you within 24-48 hours to confirm your online reservation. PET-FRIENDLY RESERVATIONS: Please inform our Guest Services Representative, upon confirmation, if you are traveling with your pet(s). All pets must be noted on the Rental Agreement. Pet stays require an additional Pet Fee. The Pet Fee is $20.00 per day/per pet for the first 7 days (up to 2 adult dogs) for short-term stays up to 27 days. An additional pet deposit may be required.
