BELLE VUE means Beautiful View. Belle Vue is one of the few corner units in the complex with light streaming through the windows on all three sides. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting at our large private deck off the main floor, and relax at night around our deck fire pit. Here, you wake up and go to sleep to the soothing sounds of ocean waves. Situated within a private, gated complex and off the main street, this town-house style unit has two bedrooms (one king-size bed in the master bedroom off the main floor, and a full/twin combo bunk bed with twin size pull out trundle in 2nd bedroom). The master bathroom has a walk in shower, and the downstairs bathroom has a shower/bath combination with private vanity sinks in dressing area. It can comfortably sleep 5-6, but best accommodates two couples or one family. It is completely furnished and includes three flat-screen televisions, a stocked kitchen, Viking appliances, high-speed wireless internet, satellite tv, and quality bed linens and towels. Our bi-level rooftop deck is complete with a built in stainless steel barbecue and counter top, mini-fridge, and sink for dinners. There is a table for six, as well as a viewing/seating area to enjoy those spectacular Avila sunsets. Other amenities include a two-car garage and a washer/dryer. This condo is perfect for a relaxing, entertaining, and carefree getaway! Located right in the heart of this quaint town, you are surrounded by delightful oceanfront restaurants, cafes, bars, and a variety of shops. There are several award winning winery tasting rooms within walking distance of the condo. Also available are several shops for beach equipment rentals or purchases. Nearby is the Avila Golf Course, an 18 hole course that winds through the Avila canyon, crossing the San Luis Creek several times, treating you to beautiful views of the bay. There are also hiking trails, local spas and hot springs, and a locals favorite, the Bob Jones Bike Trail, that follows the San Luis creek for miles. For the children, there is a marine life museum, a children's park, and of course the beach. Beginning in the late spring/early summer, enjoy Avila's own farmer’s market held every Friday.   • Welcome to your home away from home! Just so we are all on the same page, we ask you read the house rules before finalizing your booking. We want to make sure everything runs as smoothly as the waves on the beach! 1. Who's Joining the Party? The "Rental Party" includes you, the "Renter," and all the fabulous folks you're bringing along. Max overnight occupancy is disclosed in the listing. Now, here's the deal: If we catch you breaking the headcount rules, it's like a game of hide and seek – we'll find you, but we'd rather not! And if we do, it means you've breached our rental agreement. Sadly, that would lead to an unexpected eviction party (not the fun kind), and we won't be able to refund any unused nights. So let's stick to the guest list – your stress-free vacation starts here! 2. Payment and Authorization Airbnb handles all the payments. 3. Keeping It Safe and Sound We trust you not to harm our lovely space. Our homes are equipped with exterior security cameras and NoiseAware devices. Security cameras are positioned at exterior entry doors. NoiseAware is an amazingly smart sensor that detects excessive noise, and gently caution the Renter to take down the noise a notch. We find damage after you departure, we’ll share the details through the Airbnb portal. 4. Check-In and Check-Out Arriving? Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Saying goodbye? Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. We can't guarantee early check-in or late check-out, but we'll do our best to accommodate if possible. If your rental is ready early, a text message is sent 24 hours prior. You don’t hear from us… see you at 4:00 p.m. 5. Be Here or Be Square No refunds for nights you don't use, so be sure to enjoy every moment. 6. Keep It Fresh and Breezy Smoking and vaping indoors, patios, rooftops? Nope, not here! Smoking and vaping the Renter is responsible for any smoke-related damage. Let's keep it clean and scent-sational. 7. No Pets? Let's Stick to That Our furry friends are sweet, but they're not invited unless we've agreed otherwise. If pets crash the party, we will ask them to leave and charge you for cleanup. If the property is pet-friendly, the listing will specify “Pet Friendly”. The pet fee is collected by Airbnb at booking time. 8. What If Plans Change? We're here to help if you need to change your plans. 9. Let's Play Safe You're in charge of taking care of our place and your gang. 10. Knock, Knock – We're Coming In! Sometimes we need to pop in for maintenance, repairs, or to make sure everything's shipshape. If it's not an emergency, we'll give you a heads-up. 11. We've got a few 'pawsome' rules to ensure everyone has a tail-wagging good time. Please review and pawprint below to acknowledge your agreement. Pet ID & Fee: First things first, let us know about your pet or certified service animal during the reservation process, and make sure the Pet Fee is settled. There's a non-refundable fee for keeping our place pet-friendly, but guess what? Legitimate service animals are free (in line with the Americans with Disabilities Act). Furry Friend Basics: We're cool with one non-shedding dog, as long as they don't tip the scales past 45 pounds. Just 'paws' for a moment to initial. [Line for Guest Initials] Well-Behaved & Pest-Free: Your pet should be housebroken, on their best behavior, and pest-free. Off-Limits Zone: Beds and furniture are a 'no-paws' zone. Any extra pet hair removal from furniture and bedding comes with an extra charge. Safety First: For everyone's peace of mind, pets shouldn't be left uncrated when you're away. Pet Protégé: Keep a watchful eye on your furry friend at all times, and take full responsibility for their well-being. We're all about 'leash and love' laws on and off the beach. Clean It Up: In case of any 'puppy accidents,' clean up is your duty. Toss waste in the outside garbage cans (it's a 'pawsitive' move). Initial here just in case.
