NOTE: If you plan to book the Mt Green property, please be aware that a significant amount of construction work will be happening this summer on the roofs, decks, and slider doors. Scaffolding will be set up around the buildings, and construction work hours will be from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. In case of the need, work may continue until dusk and/or on weekends. Please note that all upper decks will be off-limits during this time. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. This classic and airy 1-bedroom, 1-bath corner mountain condo is ideal for visitors looking to get away for a romantic weekend, a trip with close friends, or a family vacation in the gorgeous town of Killington, Vermont. Featuring a host of property and community amenities for you and your guests to enjoy, this condo is the perfect home away from, providing creature comforts and then some. Traditional details like knotty pine walls, wooden furnishings, juxtaposed with a bright and cheerful accent wall, create a cohesively cozy atmosphere for a memorable vacation. A comfy mid-century couch provides plush seating for nights spent enjoying pleasant conversations or watching television together. A charming breakfast nook provides a space for morning cups of coffee or intimate dinners, whether you whip up a meal from scratch in the full-sized kitchen or you opt to reheat your mouthwatering leftovers from the resort's restaurant and bar. Both community amenities are open beginning the week of Christmas through late March; hours and days of operation vary. We also recommend dining on the open-air balcony in full view of the lush forests and towering mountain peaks of Killington, if the weather allows for it during your stay. When you're ready to call it a night after a long day of fun at local Killington attractions like Killington Ski Resort across the street, Killington Golf Course next door, Killington Adventure Center nearby, or the lifts at Snowshed Lodge up the road, you can retreat to the inviting ambiance of the bedroom, outfitted with an impossibly soft bed and linens, an eye-catching accent wall, a comfortable reading chair, and television to fall asleep to. The fireplace is temporarily unavailable until further notice. Guests at Mountain Green can take advantage of various on-site amenities, including Health Club Fitness, Weight, Cardio, and Massage & Spa Treatment, an Indoor Pool, a Hot Tub, Two Infrared Saunas, a Steam Room, an Outdoor Pool, an On-site Restaurant, and one of Killington's premier Ski & Board Shops, Black Dog Sports during the winter months. Amenities and hours: * Outdoor Pool - open from Memorial Day Weekend through Spartan Race Weekend (daily from 9am until 10pm) * Indoor Pool - open all year (Mon-Thurs: 10am to 6pm; Fri-Sun and Holidays: 11am to 8pm) * Fitness Center - open all year 24/7 with key card access ** Please do not take towels from the indoor pool area to the outdoor pool. We ask that you bring your own towels to the outdoor pool. ** Please know that the spa/health club facilities, restaurant, and Black Dog Sports operate from Thanksgiving to Easter. At the same time, the outdoor pool is accessible from Memorial Day to Spartan Race weekend. There are grills and a firepit at the outdoor pool for your enjoyment. It's important to note that GetAway Vacations has no influence or control over Mountain Green amenities' operating hours and procedures. A shuttle bus to the lifts at Snowshed stops at the resort every 15 minutes during weekends and holidays and every 30 minutes during the midweek. The shuttle locations are just outside the building and are clearly marked. As per Mountain Green's policy, pets are not allowed in this condo.
