Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo (Mission Rock #2) is ideally located in the heart of Downtown Ouray, just two blocks off of Main Street. It provides easy access to Ouray's historic downtown, with a plethora of shops and galleries, one-of-a-kind restaurants, and the famous Ouray hot springs. Our tastefully decorated condo features modern updates, a gas fireplace, in-floor heat, a covered patio, charcoal BBQ grill, and a shared court yard.

Mission Rock #2 is one of three units in the enclosed and gated Mission Rock Complex. All three units in the complex (Mission Rock #1, Mission Rock #2, and the Mission Rock Cottage) can be rented together for large gatherings like reunions and weddings, or separately as individual units. Mission Rock #2 is a main-level unit. The condo has access to a shared courtyard.
There is parking along the alley in front of the unit for your truck and trailer.
We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting.
In addition to our regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for
hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces, and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per the manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked after April 21, 2020): A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.
