Welcome to Manatee Retreat! Combined two units for families and friends together yet having private space. Unit A is a 2 bedroom/3 bathroom spacious area with plenty of gathering space in the living room. The kitchen is a galley kitchen with granite countertops. There's an eat-in kitchen area as well as a dining room with a water view. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with an ensuite, while the guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with a hallway bathroom. Third bathroom is a shower/toilet in the garage so you can rinse off after a day at the beach or on the water. Unit B is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit with an open kitchen concept. Large island for get togethers overlooking the living room. Guest bedroom is a twin bed with a twin trundle with a hallway bathroom. This property is a quick one block walk to the beautiful Gulf coast beach. Relax in the sunroom overlooking the mangroves and water. Rent kayaks or stand up paddle boards for a day on the water. Enjoy the view of the canal and watch the jumping fish and the manatees swim by. This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund.
