The 4 guest rooms will provide space and privacy for up to 10-12 guests.While the inside is equipped with modern amenities including smart tv's, cable, wifi, you'll have a tough time pulling yourself away from the abundance of outdoor spaces, including 2 large deck spaces to gather. The upper & lower decks are built around a mature oak that provides shade from summer sun yet allows open views year-round.Take a walk down to the boathouse, where there is direct access into the lake and you will spend hours enjoying the views from spacious sunning deck. Step inside where you will have access to kayak's and paddles boards. Our Cleaning Fees are backed by our Clean Guarantee, which reflects the highest level of standards, pristine environments for our guests, and a level of clean that surpasses any other vacation homes; we literally guarantee it! - Lake Lure will be undergoing a drawdown starting January 1st, 2024 through the first quarter of 2024(March 31st). The lake will begin to be lowered by approximately 1 foot per day until 12 feet has been reached. Infrastructure maintenance, dredging, and dam projects will be expedited during this time frame. These efforts by the Town of Lake Lure may affect access to the lake and restrict any lake usage. The lake will likely be back up to normal levels by mid to late April. While we understand this is an inconvenience, this does allow you to enjoy the full beauty of Lake Lure in the fall and holiday season. Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party. (This is NOT automatically added by VRBO, TripAdvisor or Airbnb, so please let us know so that we can add the fee for you) Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations.
