Important Notes: Pet Policy: DOGS only  permitted (no cats or other pets) maximum 1 dog allowed @ $35/per night Pet Rules: We love pets and are glad that you're bringing your furry companion. We just ask that you please follow all of our guidelines, since this is another person's home. 1. Pet fees must be paid in advance of Check in. 2. Maximum 1 Dog allowed (no cats) 3. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds (no exceptions) 4. Pets must be over the age of 1 year old. 5. Pets shall NOT be left unattended at any time for any purpose whatsoever or while you are at the ski area. 7. Any damage caused by pets will incur charges for repair or replacement of structures or furnishings and must be paid immediately. 8. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise or continuous barking at a level that disturbs neighbors. 9. All guests agree to adhere to rules and regulations and county ordinances regarding leash laws, sanitation, and noise disturbances. 10. Any fines or violations will be charged to the guest. Parking Information **Please note that your rental may have limited parking availability. Carpooling may be required. -Parking is not permitted on roads within the Mt Baker Rim community. -Any fines accrued by the HOA in regards to parking violations are the responsibility of the renter. - Luxury Getaways is required to register ALL vehicles that will be present on the property during your stay, and all vehicles MUST be parked in the driveway.
