Important Rate Info And Fees: *3 night minimum required for all holidays & special events. These observed holidays and occasions are subject to holiday rates: New Years, MLK, Valentines, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Current local tax rate is 7% No Security Deposit / Guests are responsible for damages. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation. Pets: The owners will allow dogs on a case by case basis. Please let us know. There is a $130/pet non- refundable fee. 4 Stall Barn and Paddocks: $25 per stall per day; Mandatory $60/stall cleaning fee and $125 manure removal fee. Stalls and barn still need to be cleared of all shavings and other debris. Paddocks/pasture must be cared for & picked per standard protocols. Paddocks that are not picked will result in an additional $100 fee. Please inquire for details regarding payment, the cancellation policy, and trip insurance.
