Enjoy your coffee or evening drink on the front porch or the large screened in patio and spend evenings with family and friends on the large deck or fire pit. There is plenty of room for everyone to relax and recharge in the large living room with a gas fireplace. Play board games and foosball or have a movie night in the downstairs family room. The roomy kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with everything you would need to whip up your favorite meals. Rest comfortably in one of the four bedrooms situated with king and queen size beds. The large bathrooms are perfect for relaxing after getting ready for a day or on the town or relaxing after a day of exploring. Home Truths: - Sleeps in beds: 8 - Max Occupancy: 10 - There is a sofa bed in the living room - Yonder provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests providing their own linens - 2 night minimum throughout the year and a 3 night minimum is required for all holidays - Quiet Policy: Please note that the property is located in a quiet community. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction.
