"Hillside Retreat" Beautiful Tahoe home is centrally located and nestled on a quiet street in the highly desired area of North Shore Lake Tahoe. • MAXIMUM ADULTS ALLOWED: EIGHT (8) ADULTS permitted ***Any guest age 12 or greater is considered an adult by Placer County.*** ****Maximum Occupancy = 12 Persons Total BUT NO MORE THAN 8 Adults**** • PET POLICY: No Pets Permitted • PARKING: Limited to compact 4 vehicles (There may be fewer spaces when snow conditions exist). • NO AIR CONDITIONING: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans will be provided when needed. • DISCLOSURES: 1. Must climb many stairs. 2. Bonus Room is detached and above the garage 3. Snow removal from steps and entry areas will be cleared before check-in but, removal of snow from these areas during the stay is the Guest's responsibility. Custom furnished in Tahoe style with a bit of Farmhouse flair. The main floor consists of 3 bedrooms (two with full-size beds and one with a CAL King bed), a laundry room, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, as well as the living room and dining room, which have an open layout and all centered around a toasty-warm wood stove. The fully stocked kitchen includes a butcher block prep island and invites family togetherness. Upstairs, the loft area has a reading nook at the far end and a loveseat to relax and stream your favorite show. 4th bedroom is on the upper level and houses a queen bed. 2nd full bathroom is found directly across the hall and features fantastic tile work and a glass enclosure in the shower/tub combo. The 5th bedroom is at the end of the hall. The ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo is found at the entry to this spacious retreat. Further inside, you will find a Cal King bed with suited wall lamps on either side. The other half of the room houses a dresser with a large mirror and an oversized chaise lounge which doubles as a twin-sized sleeper. The detached bonus room is located over the garage and has a separate entrance. This large space is ideal for entertaining with an L-shaped couch, Streaming TV, PlayStation 3 gaming console, Foosball, dining/game table, reading nook, and tons of games. There's even a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. The spacious front deck overlooks a lush pine forest and is perfect for a day basking in the sun or an evening barbecuing with friends and family in the summer.
