Explore the private nature trail on the 7.5 acre property, complete with a stream and waterfall! After a long day of activities, relaxation awaits with the soothing hot tub, plush sofas, cozy fireplace, and snug beds. The inviting living room features a towering stone fireplace, cushy armchairs and sofas, a reading library, and a Smart TV with Dish, allowing you the opportunity to unplug from it all or watch the big game! The open-concept living area also includes a dining area with seating for 6 and a sliding glass door to the spacious patio. Whip up scrumptious meals in the chef’s kitchen, or grill out on the patio and enjoy al fresco dining in the fresh mountain air. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
