This vacation home is a perfect spot to enjoy a getaway with family or a friends getaway, as the home offers 2 master bedrooms and 2 guest rooms, along with a double bunk room for the kids. Situated at the end of a private residential street with a beach crossover just steps from your front door, guests will love the ease of getting to the beach. This home is perfectly situated for taking walks or bike rides on the beach, beautiful sunrises, collecting seashells, or take a short walk south and visit the Tybee Pier or the many shops and restaurants located in the popular south end business district. This oceanfront townhome is part of a duplex but offers guests complete privacy. Your private entrance includes garage parking for up to 2 cars and outside parking for an additional 2 cars. An elevator is accessible from the garage which makes it a breeze to get you, your family, and all your gear up into the home. The main living spaces are located on the top floor of the home, so everyone can enjoy the amazing ocean vistas. The large gourmet kitchen and an open concept living and dining area open onto the covered balcony. No matter where you are, you will have gorgeous views. There is dining seating for 8 at the table and an additional counter seating for 4. Sit out and enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on the deck which offers outdoor cushioned seating for 5, and a 4-seat high-top dining table. Also located on this floor is a half bath and the main floor master suite which is a perfect retreat. There is a King bed, with a full private bath, which has beautiful stone and tile throughout, and a separate bath and walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet. The living area also includes a sleeper sofa for an additional bedding option. The middle floor of the home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms (2 bedrooms have attached baths, other 2 bedrooms share access to a full hall bath). There is a spacious oceanfront King master bedroom suite which offers an attached bath with whirlpool tub and separate walk-in shower along with an attached private oceanfront porch with comfortable seating and a 4-seat dining table to enjoy the spectacular ocean breezes. The three additional bedrooms on this floor include: Bedroom #3: Queen bed, TV, attached full bath Bedroom #4: Queen bed, TV Bedroom #5: Custom-built Extra-Long Twin Bunk Beds, TV This is true relaxation at its finest. The colorful design of the interior helps to remind you that you are now on “Island Time.” Bright wall colors were tastefully chosen to give this lovely home a spirited and uplifting feeling throughout. The home was professionally decorated and has been lovingly maintained by the owner. Enjoy hours of family fun in the downstairs entertaining area, complete with a gas grill and a ping-pong table for your enjoyment. Getaway for a bit of “Unscheduled Relaxation” and enjoy Tybee living at its finest. This home is strictly no pets. Wireless High-Speed Internet is available for guest use. Unscheduled Relaxation is one side of a large duplex townhome.   • By making a reservation I certify that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions set Forth. We will email your Reservation Confirmation/Receipt at the time of booking. Within 24 hours you will receive an email with a link to sign your Rental Agreement and Policies electronically. Your Rental Agreement is due within 3 days of making your reservation or for reservations arriving within 15 days, within 24 hours. Online Bookings are NOT confirmed until you have spoken with a Guest Services Representative of the company. Guest Services will call you within 24-48 hours to confirm your online reservation. PET-FRIENDLY RESERVATIONS: Please inform our Guest Services Representative, upon confirmation, if you are traveling with your pet(s). All pets must be noted on the Rental Agreement. Pet stays require an additional Pet Fee. The Pet Fee is $20.00 per day/per pet for the first 7 days (up to 2 adult dogs) for short-term stays up to 27 days. An additional pet deposit may be required. Cats are not allowed in any property. RESTRICTIONS: A few specific restrictions are noted below. By accepting these terms and conditions and reserving online you accept to be bound by all listed. A complete listing of terms, conditions, and policies will be sent to you in the Rental Agreement and Policies document. All properties are No-Smoking. ● Occupancy numbers are strictly enforced. Do not exceed the allowed number of occupants in a property. ● Parking is limited to the specific number of cars listed per property. ● House parties, prom groups, events, receptions, and kegs are prohibited. ● No Campers, Boats, Trailers, or other Recreational Vehicles are allowed at any of the properties. ● Pets prohibited in Non-Pet Friendly properties. Please note: No pets are allowed on Tybee Island beach. Pets subject to advance approval and additional pet fee(s). ● Must be 25 years of age or older to enter into the Rental Agreement. For non-related traveling groups all guests must be over the age of 25 or a refundable security deposit will be required. Proof of ID may be requested at the time of reservation confirmation. The inability to meet age requirements will result in cancellation under normal cancellation policy.
