Home is easily accessed via paved and fully maintained roads, right up to the private parking area. 4-wheel drive is NOT required, and property can be easily accessed by any car, motorcycle, truck or RV. The French Broad Cabin is conveniently located right on Little Pine Rd for easy access and the river deck and fire pit are directly across the road from the house on the French Broad River.
