This secluded community rental home is a three story vacation getaway with plenty of room for everyone. It is located in Indian Rocks Beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants or a short drive to many others and only a few minutes to the world famous Clearwater Beach! Make sure to view the video tour and the drone video right under: Video and 360 Video tour You will be amazed by the size and brightness of this Villa, this comfortable space is a perfect vacation spot for a group of friends or family. At about 100 paces the beach, through the gated courtyard, the location is ideal for sunset and moonlit beach walks, several uninterrupted mile beach runs, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, shelling, and dolphin – sea turtle – manatee spotting. The family friendly beach is also ideal for pitching a cabana for an all day beach party or just lounging.

Our home is furnished and equipped with the highest standards and can accommodate 12 guests. It features three levels, 4 bedrooms with 3000 square feet. On the first level you will find the two car garage, laundry room and the first Master bedroom suite with a King size bed and a private bathroom. This first bedroom also has access to the private pool and a mini-refrigerator for added convenience. On the second level you will find an open, spacious living area that is tiled and open to the kitchen and the dining room and a walk out deck. There is a sofa in the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space, a dishwasher, microwave oven, full size refrigerator, under-counter wine refrigerator, stove, range, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and much more. When you open the front door, you will be amazed by the size & brightness of the living room with its comfortable sofas. Within this home, the oceanside decor is serene with calm, neutral tones with pops of color. There is a variety of seating areas boasting plush sofas. The second level features a large balcony with partial water view and a large seating area. On the third level you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms and another large balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, the third bedroom has two single beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom. The second master bedroom has a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom (shower). The master bedroom has a bed. The master bedroom has access to the balcony with a seating area, including a sunning area, and a partial water view. In both large balconies you can admire the magnificent partial view of the blue sea, passing ships and sealife. For your enjoyment there is also a splash pool and a gas barbeque. This vacation rental is equipped with the top rated amenities rarely found in a vacation rental. Everything you need to make your stay memorable Vacationing here is an annual, sometimes two to three times a year event for many families! Many families make new beach friends and overlap with other groups year after year. You should come too! When you come once, you'll want to come again and again! This gated community property faces an open courtyard that is about a 100 pace direct walk to the beach – it is located only two houses away from the beach. There is a clear pathway to access the beach inside the gated community – straight to the Gulf of Mexico. Important details to keep in mind: ** Please keep in mind that the Homeowner Association allows ONLY 2 vehicles to be parked inside the garage only. You can go to City Hall and purchase parking passes that will be registered to your tag if you have additional vehicles OR you can park on the streets that do not have a no parking sign *** Pool heat is an extra cost of $35 per day - up to 85 degrees COVID UPDATE We take the safety of our guests and cleaning staff extremely seriously. Our cleaning crews are using sanitizer and disinfectant on all surfaces before your arrival and ensuring all of the CDC guidelines are followed. During March through May while our country was shut down, we experienced a significant amount of cancellations due to COVID19. We were able to offer lots of flexibility during those times. Since then, we have had to modify our cancellation terms. We stress the importance of guests purchasing travel insurance that would cover them in the event that they no longer want to travel. In the event that the Governor bans vacation rentals, you would be given the option to reschedule your vacation or accept a credit towards a future stay with no timing restrictions. For a small amount of money, travel insurance can go a long way. We highly suggest you purchase Travel Insurance (we recommend Travel Guard as they offer different plans i.e. "Cancel for any reason") It is important that you carefully read the terms and conditions for each plan as these may cover your entire vacation.
