Some of these storefronts include CJ’s On The Bay, Mango’s Dockside Bistro, Deep Lagoon Seafood and Oyster House, Cold Stone Creamery. The image of the promenade with a backdrop of yachts docked in Smokehouse Bay is just a look away from any of the storefronts. One of those boats might be yours since you’re only a short boat ride away from the white sand beaches of undeveloped tropical islands and from Marco’s dockside restaurants. Don’t worry, this mesmerizing feeling follows you as you make your way inside of the condo. The interior is perfectly decorated by all the colors and comfy furnishings of paradise. To enhance this, natural light paints the living room through the arched walls of the balcony and enormous windows. The kitchen, with barstools surrounding the granite island countertop, is filled with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to cook a five-star meal or a casual barbeque to enjoy on the balcony. The bedrooms are inspired by all that thrives within Smokehouse Bay and the entire Paradise Coast. Specifically, they are embellished by the colors of the ocean, starfish and shell décor, and boat deck-inspired flooring. To top this all off, they all feature windows to let in the fragrant seaside night air.
