Walk, bicycle, or cross-country ski on the Riverwalk Trail along the Uncompahgre River right across the street to downtown shops and restaurants. Or stop at the ¾ mile mark and enjoy the famous Ouray Hot Springs.
As you enter the residence, you’ll find a bedroom with ensuite bath as well as a one car garage for guests. There is also one parking spot for guests in front of the garage. Stairs take you to the 2nd level featuring cherry hardwood floors and beautiful stone gas fireplace in the living, dining, and kitchen area. Relax here on the warm, south facing balcony, or enjoy our games and books by the fire. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need including gas stove if you choose to dine in. There is also a half bath and a sleeper sofa on this level. Take stairs to the third level for the master bedroom with 5-piece ensuite bath and two closets. Another bedroom with ensuite bath and a laundry room will full size washer and dryer are located here.

Parking - There is a single car garage and room to park 1 car in front of the garage, please don't block the neighboring townhomes. Additional parking is available off the highway next to the townhome complex and the overflow parking area on Fedel Ct., across from the complex entrance.
We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting.
In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regime, they are following best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft
(porous) surfaces and electronics.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked after April 21, 2020): A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.
