This amazing property is not only close to all the parks (Disney is only 14-19 min drive) but is also close to major grocery stores (Walmart: 5 min) and restaurants off the famous 192. You will LOVE the view. It offers 4 bedrooms for up to 8 guests. The first bedroom has a king size bed and a private ensuite. The second bedroom has a king size bed too and also has an ensuite and patio doors that back onto the lanai and has a great view on the pool and on the lake. The two other bedrooms have twin beds sharing a bathroom (One of the rooms is Disney-themed). The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishwasher, microwave, stove, dishware, fridge... We also have a washer and dryer for your convenience. You will love the view on the pool and on the lake when cooking or when having a drink in the lounge. The property is facing a beautiful lake with unobstructed views. Sit back and relax. We even installed a handrail to facilitate going into the water. And for those for like playing games: we have a foossball table and a pool table waiting for you. Do NOT look further. You found a hidden gem for your next visit to the parks or for your next golf trip. **NOT included in our rental prices : Pool heating** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool. No-Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm -8 am . We would appreciate it if you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in. No Smoking Policy: Please be aware this is a smoke free home therefore no smoking or vaping in the home the garage or in the lanai area . All smoking is to Be done outside Should we believe that the guests have been smoking/vaping in any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning. No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house.
