There are three Cal-King masters on-suites: two are on the main floor and one upstairs. The remaining Cal-King bedroom and a children's full over full bunk bed share the hallway bathroom. The bathrooms are all upgraded with tile floors and quartz countertops. Beautiful hardwood floors run throughout the home. Spacious open-concept main living room. Beautifully upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Plenty of seating at the custom dining room table, with additional seating at the Kitchen island. Main Living Room has a 60' TV w/DVD player and Time Warner's top 250 channels. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included. A full-size washer and dryer are located right off the kitchen. There is a second living room that contains a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The home has Central Air & Heat. Relax in our sparkling jacuzzi that comfortably seats 15. Enjoy our outdoor seating and natural gas BBQ Grill. This house SLEEPS 12 in Beds and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 12 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 4. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. 3 Night Minimum Rental No Outside Music of Any Kind No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. Security Cameras protect the house There is a mandatory jacuzzi fee of $55/day plus tax, to heat Jacuzzi to 102, not included in pricing All major credit/debit cards are accepted. All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival: Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law.
