Beautiful 2,900 sq ft two-story home with two living and two Dining areas. This five-bedroom, three-bathroom home has plenty of space for the whole family. There are three upstairs bedrooms: Spacious master suite with Cal King bed, large oval tub, and walk-in closet; queen bed with cherry wood dresser and one children's room with full over full bunk beds and a full pull-out futon. The upstairs loft area has a sofa with a queen pull-out sleeper. These rooms share a hallway bathroom. On the main floor are the remaining two bedrooms: one queen bed and the second children's room with full over full bunks. They share the downstairs hall bathroom. All bedrooms have 42' plasma/LCD TVs.   Upgraded open-concept kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances: microwave, refrigerator, double ovens, stove, and dishwasher. Dining rooms are divided by family room. There is plenty of seating, with two tables that can seat eight at each. The couch has a queen sleeper sofa. Right off the dining room is that game room located in the garage. It offers ping pong, pool, and air hockey. There are strollers, high chairs, a pack n' play, and booster seats for your infants and toddlers. The garage also has a full-size washer & dryer for guest use.  Off of the family room are glass sliding doors that lead you to a beautiful pool area. Two patio sets with plenty of seating to enjoy the backyard with a built-in gas BBQ.  The home has Basic Cable and Free Hi-Speed Wi-Fi. Central heating and air conditioning. This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds and has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME. (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code.
