Lovely Pool Home perfect for two families. Two master suites, one with Cal King Bed and private bath, one with a Queen bed and private bath. Two children's bedrooms with Full over Full Bunk beds share a bathroom in the hall. All bedrooms have 43' plasmas TV with basic cable.   All bedrooms have upgraded carpets. Laminate wood and tile floors throughout the rest of the home. Open concept kitchen with custom cherry wood paneled cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Breakfast nook at the granite bar countertop seats four. The dining room seats eight comfortably. Main Living Room cable TV and blue-ray/DVD player. The home has wireless high-speed internet. The house has central heating and air conditioning. The game room is off of the living room in the garage. The game room has toys, ping pong, a full-size billiard table, air hockey, and a full-size washer and dryer. In addition, there are strollers, a high chair, pack n' play, and a booster seat for your infants and toddlers to use.  The rear yard has a beautiful pool, with natural gas BBQ and outdoor seating. This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 2. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. There is a mandatory pool fee of $55/day plus tax, to heat pool to 82, not included in pricing All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Pricing does not include a $300 refundable security deposit. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. Homes are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras. All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival: Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required.  We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. We also reserve the right to cancel the reservation(s) of ANY booking with technical error(s) that includes but is not limited to; pricing, website difficulties, or any other issue that may arise in the booking stage of a reservation.
