Completely remodeled beautiful home. Our four-bedroom three-bathroom home is perfect for two families. Two Master Bedrooms with ensuites: one cal-king bed and one queen bed. Two additional children's rooms with Full over Full bunk beds share the hallway bathroom. Partial open concept kitchen with custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The dining room comfortably seats 8, with additional seating located in the breakfast nook. The main living room has a queen sleeper sofa and high-speed wireless internet. All bedrooms have 43' TVs with basic cable. The home has central air and heat. Located through the queen master bedroom is access to the game room with ping pong and a full-size pool table. There are strollers, a high chair, pack n' play, and a booster seat available for your infants and toddlers to use. Full-size washer and dryer are located in the garage as well.  Off the living room, you have access to the rear yard. In-ground pool with outdoor seating, covered patio, and Natural Gas BBQ grill. This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds and has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code you must be inside during this time. There is a mandatory pool fee of $55/day plus tax, to heat pool to 82, not included in pricing All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Pricing does not include a $300 refundable security deposit. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. Houses are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras, there are NO inside cameras. All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival: Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required.  We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. We also reserve the right to cancel the reservation(s) of ANY booking with technical error(s) that includes but is not limited to; pricing, website difficulties, or any other issue that may arise in the booking stage of a reservation.
