Cute pool home perfect for two families. One Cal-King and queen master bedroom with en-suite. Two children's rooms, one with Full over Full Bunk Bed and one with Twin over Full Bunk Bed. A cute little toddler bed is also in one of the children's bedrooms. The two children's rooms share the hallway bathroom. All Bedrooms have a 43' plasma TV with basic cable—laminate wood flooring throughout the home. Upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Partial open-concept kitchen nook, dining, and living room. Main Living Room has a 51' Plasma TV and Blue-Ray/DVD player. The home has high-speed wireless internet. The house has central heating and air conditioning. The game room is right off the kitchen nook and has a 51' Plasma TV, Full Size Billard Table, Stiga Ping Pong, and toys. Full-size washer and dryer for guest use, strollers, and high chairs. Pack n' play and booster seat for infants and toddlers.   The rear yard has a beautiful pool, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs. Nice short walk to Disneyland & Disneyland Tram. The home has central air and heat. Watch Disneyland fireworks from the front/back yards. This house SLEEPS 10 in beds, and the MAXIMUM Occupancy at ANY TIME is 10. (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3 cars (In our Driveway Only). No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. There is a mandatory pool fee of $55/day plus tax, to heat pool to 82, not included in pricing All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Pricing does not include $300 refundable security deposit. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. Homes are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras. All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival: Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required.  We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. We also reserve the right to cancel the reservation(s) of ANY booking with technical error(s) that includes but is not limited to; pricing, website difficulties, or any other issue that may arise in the booking stage of a reservation.
