Partial open concept kitchen with custom paneled cabinetry, upgraded hardware, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The dining room seats ten comfortably, with additional seating at the kitchen granite bar. Half bath and Full-size washer and dryer located right off of the living room. The main living room has a 55"+ TV, and All bedrooms have 42" TV. The house has 200 mg high-speed wireless internet and Spectrum Cable TV Select 125 channels, including Disney channel. The game room, located in the garage, has a Stiga ping pong table & a billiards table. In addition, there are strollers, high chairs, pack n' play, and booster seats for your infants and toddlers.  Relax from your long day in the home's tropical rock pool with waterfall & Jacuzzi (Salt Water Pool). There is ample outdoor seating with a built-in natural gas BBQ. This house SLEEPS 13 in beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANYTIME (Includes overnight guests and visitors combined).  Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. There is a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee of $55/day plus tax, to heat pool to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102, not included in pricing All major credit/debit cards are accepted. Pricing does not include $300 refundable security deposit. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. This home is cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. Houses are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras. All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival: Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required.  We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law.
