Half Bath is located off the kitchen/dining room area and has a full-size washer and dryer. The main living room has a 55"+ TV, and All bedrooms have 47' LCD TV. The house has 200 mg high-speed wireless internet and Spectrum Cable TV Select 125 channels, including Disney channel. The garage has a game room with full-size billiards and a ping-pong table. Strollers, high chairs, pack n' play, and booster seats are available for your infant's and toddler's use. The rear yard has a beautiful pool, in-ground Jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs. Nice short walk to Disney & Disney tram. The home has central air and heat. Watch Disney fireworks from the back/front yards. This house SLEEPS 13 in beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANYTIME (Includes overnight guests and visitors combined).  Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. Homes are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras. All rentals booked within two weeks of arrival: Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required.  We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law.
