The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, upgraded hardware, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining room has seating for ten plus four additional seats at the marble countertop bar. In addition, the home has upgraded carpet in two master suites and custom wood laminate flooring throughout the rest of the house. Three beautifully upgraded bathrooms in the home: two are ensuites, and the other is located in the hallway, shared by the two children's rooms and one of the master bedrooms. The bathrooms have travertine and marble floors throughout. Custom raised panel cabinetry, travertine/marble countertops, and custom patterned travertine/marble showers. All bedrooms have 43' plasma TVs. Each living room has 50' TVs. The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. The game room is located in the garage. Games include ping pong, air hockey, billiards, & toys. There are also strollers, a high chair, pack n' play, and a booster seat available for infants and toddlers. Full-size washer and dryer. This house SLEEPS 13 in Beds and has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. The home is protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras. All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival: Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law.
