Two children's rooms with full over full bunk beds share the hallway bathroom. Bathrooms have travertine/marble floors. Custom raised panel cabinetry and granite countertops with upgraded custom-designed showers. Open-concept Kitchen and dining area with travertine floors. The Kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry with granite countertops, a travertine backsplash, and stainless steel appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher). The dining room sets seats 6, with additional seating in the family room and kitchen counter. A half bath, a full-size washer and dryer are located off the Kitchen, and Master Bedroom #3. The game room in the garage has a full-size pool table, Stiga Ping Pong table and Foosball, as well as toys. In addition, there are strollers, high chairs, booster seats, and pack n' plays for infants and toddlers. All bedrooms have 47' LCD TVs. The main living room has high-speed wireless internet. The home has central air and heat. The rear yard has a beautiful rock pool and in-ground Jacuzzi. Raised walls, stonework, and lighted waterfalls. A scored concrete deck surrounds the pool. An outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs. It is a nice short walk to the Disneyland tram on Magic Way. Watch Disneyland fireworks from the back/front yards. This house sleeps 13 in beds, and the Maximum Occupancy is 13 at any time (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors) Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY gathering or event. Homes are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras. All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival: Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law.
