"Cozy Bear's Lair" Clean family condo in the Glen! • MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: SIX (6) PERSONS TOTAL including children. • PET POLICY: No pets allowed. • NO AIR CONDITIONING: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans will be provided when needed. • PARKING: Limited to 2 compact vehicles in the parking area directly in front of the unit. (There may be fewer spaces when snow conditions exist). • DISCLOSURES: Must climb stairs. All bedrooms are upstairs. Find this cozy lair about 10 minutes from Tahoe City, on the quiet outskirts of the condo complex Lake Forest Glenn. This condo association (HOA) is loaded with amenities including: Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball Courts, 2 Pools, Wet Sauna, and an Adult Only Hot Tub. There's also a paved bike trail to Tahoe City and down to the Truckee River plus, it’s just a short stroll down to Lake Tahoe. Once inside this 2 story cozy abode, you’ll notice the open living area with a plush couch, modern recliner, and an additional vintage bench. Enjoy a book from the bookshelf, a challenging board game, one of the DVD selections or a classic cable TV show. Curl up by the fire in no time as this wood-burning fireplace has a gas-assisted start function. As you head for the dining area and directly across from the stairwell, you'll find a custom mural covering this entire accent wall. The dining area to the left boasts a heavy oak table that seats 6 plus 2 more can belly up to the kitchen island. This tiled island has a built-in Jenn-Air, 4-burner gas stovetop and oven plus additional storage. Ample space is already provided by the top and bottom oak cabinets lining the two far walls of the kitchen. From the stainless steel dishwasher to the expresso machine and plenty of gadgets in between - this kitchen is fully equipped to whip up a great family meal. Also found on the lower level of the condo is a half bath, laundry area, and access to the private patio. Throw dinner on the Weber grill and chill around the patio table for 4 or the custom-made bench on the far edge of the deck. Or perhaps, grab a basket and follow the stone pathway out the back door to have a picnic on the grassy knoll within the privacy fence. When you're ready to retire for the night, head upstairs to find all three carpeted bedrooms along with two full bathrooms. The Primary Suite on the left features a comfy King bed, an entertainment center with a flat-screen TV for streaming, a large vanity area, and a separate room for the tiled shower and toilet. The middle bedroom houses a queen-sized bed in a rustic frame with lots of natural light. The third bedroom contains two twin beds with a petite wood bench at the end.
