Country Road Retreat is professionally managed by Yonder, a local team with years of experience and passion for providing the ultimate guest experience. Home Truths: - Sleeps in beds: 6 - Max Occupancy: 10 - 3 bedrooms (Bed Sizes: King, Queen, 2 twins) + 2 Full Sleeper Sofas available in the game room - The home is accessed via a steep driveway, which may require careful navigation, especially in rainy or winter conditions. - The road leading to the home is also steep and winding, typical of mountain terrain. A vehicle with all-wheel drive (AWD) or four-wheel drive (4WD) is recommended, particularly in inclement weather. - Yonder provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests to provide the extra linens - Internet Speed: 200 Mbps - Our Clean Guarantee reflects the highest standards, pristine environments for our guests, and a cleanliness that surpasses any other vacation home; we guarantee it! Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation. Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords. Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates. Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125, and there can be a maximum of 2 dogs per booking party.
