"Coastal Heaven" is just a short distance to the Highland Parks pool and pool house. Along with a resort-style pool, hot tub, fire pit and covered grill area, this area also has an observation tower rising above the tree line offering expanding views of the Gulf of Mexico. Highland Parks is located directly on the 30A walking/biking path connecting you to multiple beach accesses and the towns on the corridor. Within the neighborhood you can wander along the brick paved streets leading to Scenic Hwy 30A. The 30A corridor offers everything for everyone. Bike along the bike path, paddleboard on Western Lake, or stroll through an array of galleries and boutiques at Seaside. "Coastal Heaven" is also convenient to a number of restaurants throughout Gulf Place, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, and Seaside.
