Located 7 miles from Ridgway, 17 miles (less than 30 minutes) to downtown Ouray, and less than an hour from Telluride it is the perfect home base for all of your adventures! This residence offers a complete interior and exterior remodel with modern appointments that compliment the rustic mountain feel of the home. This property offers a truly Colorado mountain cabin experience with a private hot tub, a gas BBQ grill, and great views of the surrounding mountain views. The area is replete with hiking trails and recreational diversity including snowshoeing and cross country skiing, four-wheeling, snowmobiling, mountain biking and many many other recreational pursuits. Bed Configuration: Master - Queen 2nd bedroom - Double This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/per day (max. $150) Maximum of 2 dogs. No outdoor fires are permitted at any of the Catamount properties per the HOA Bylaws as a result of the possibility of a forest fire.We ask that guests please be respectful of the neighbors; ATV's are not permitted to be ridden anywhere but on the road. Please note: For winter stays (November 1 to May 1) a 4WD vehicle is required. We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to our regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces, and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per the manufacturer's guidelines. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked after April 21, 2020): A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.
