It is fully furnished with plenty of room to spread out, with six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms that sleeps 12 persons comfortably. The master bedroom is on the first floor, so there is no need to climb stairs. The heated pool (additional charge for heating) and lanai are the perfect place to relax and cool off after a long day at the theme parks. And the cul-de-sac location provides a quiet and peaceful setting. This home is conveniently located in the Calabria at Westside community which is one of the closest luxury communities to Disney World, making it a popular destination for vacation. The community is also close to Universal theme parks, as well as being within a couple of miles of the popular US192 with its wide choice of shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment options. No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10pm-7am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in. No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking / vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning. No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
