The townhome features 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath. The gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances includes a bar with seating & opens to the main living space & dining area. Enjoy great views of the ski slopes from either deck. The townhome home is part of the resort so you have access to free on-demand shuttle service to Purgatory Ski Resort but since it is across the highway you have the privacy and additional space a townhome affords (it’s part of a duplex). At 8,900 feet of elevation, the home is a gateway to an amazing winter playground and also serves as the perfect summer retreat, with a million acres of national forest land at your doorstep offering all your favorite mountain activities. It’s only a 2 minute walk to Twilight Lake for fishing and paddle boarding and as well as Purgatory Flats Trailhead, one of the most scenic hikes in the San Juan Mountains. Horseback riding, jeep trails, an alpine slide, epic mountain biking and the Purgatory Inferno Mountain Coaster are all less than 5 minutes from the home. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King Bed with TV and Ensuite Bath (2nd Floor) 2nd Bedroom - Queen & Twin bunk bed with TV (2nd Floor) 3rd Bedroom - Queen (2nd Floor) This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
