The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and beautiful white cabinetry and its easy access to the dining area. The dining area offers seating for 4 guests. The living room has been beautifully decorated with comfortable sofas – one being a sleeper sofa, a large tv and wonderful gulf views. The living room has access to the beachfront balcony. There is ample seating in the dining and living areas for your family and friends to enjoy. The extended private balcony may be accessed from the living room and master bedroom, offering the most amazing views. Sunset views are guaranteed from the balcony 365 days of the year! The master bedroom offers a King size bed with an en-suite bathroom that has a shower/tub combination. Second bedroom offers two twin size beds. Additional amenities include wireless internet and a private washer/dryer. The beach is literally a few steps from the elevator, with private secure gate access limited to Madeira Norte residents. The shared pool offers an alternative to the warm crystal clear gulf waters, with ample poolside seating, umbrellas and bbq areas – all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. This condo is located on the second floor and is accessible by elevator. You cant beat this location! Centrally located in the Seaside town of Madeira Beach directly facing the water. After a day spent unwinding on the beach, stroll across the street to John’s Pass to browse the shops , and dine at the best restaurants Madeira Beach has to offer. Important info: 1 assigned parking space for 1 vehicle + 1 guest parking COVID UPDATE We take the safety of our guests and cleaning staff extremely seriously. Our cleaning crews are using sanitizer and disinfectant on all surfaces before your arrival and ensuring all of the CDC guidelines are followed. During March through May while our country was shut down, we experienced a significant amount of cancellations due to COVID19. We were able to offer lots of flexibility during those times. Since then, we have had to modify our cancellation terms. We stress the importance of guests purchasing travel insurance that would cover them in the event that they no longer want to travel. In the event that the Governor bans vacation rentals, you would be given the option to reschedule your vacation or accept a credit towards a future stay with no timing restrictions. For a small amount of money, travel insurance can go a long way. We highly suggest you purchase Travel Insurance (we recommend Travel Guard as they offer different plans i.e. "Cancel for any reason") It is important that you carefully read the terms and conditions for each plan as these may cover your entire vacation.
