It is located a mere ten minute walk to downtown Avon with a free shuttle to the ski mountain. Our condo features all of the comforts of home with access to a heated indoor pool and hot tub, fireplace, fitness center, steam room, reading room, youth game room, adult sports lounge, ski storage lockers, underground and outdoor parking and a daily shuttle to both Vail and Beaver Creek Villages (Shuttle only runs Nov-Mar). Each residence features attractively appointed granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, gas fireplace, washer and dryer in the home and dark wood floors. This unit stands out from the others with the heated floors and towel racks in the master bathroom. It is truly a stunning unit in the best location of the building allowing views of aspen groves and creeks, rather than parking lots. Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom - King 2nd Bedroom - Queen and Twin In the common indoor spaces of the complex, you'll find many amenities including two hot tubs, an indoor swimming pool, a full gym / fitness center, a steam room, ski lockers, and a large multipurpose area with pool tables, shuffleboard, and air hockey. On the outside grounds of the complex, you'll have access to two BBQ grills and a fireplace. Shuttle services are provided by the complex to take guests to the slopes for free. If you need to reach other areas, take the Beaver Creek bus that'll pick up at a stop only a short walk away from this unit(November-March) Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc.) activities. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
