This cabin features a modern kitchen with stainless steal appliances, recently added 500 square feet of living space featuring a family room with a vertical murphy bed, gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, coffee bar and bath with shower. There is a large deck with views of the surrounding landscape and a propane BBQ grill, and wood fire place in the main living space. The cabin is located just a few blocks from Main Street, perched on a hillside in a quiet location. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - Queen Bed 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed 3rd Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds Family Room - Murphy Bed The master bedroom features it's own private deck with some of the best views in Ouray! We are taking special steps to prepare our home for your stay by adhering to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance on cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to our normal rigorous cleaning regimen, we are following the CDC’s protocols, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces, and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per the manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you to our home and hosting your stay. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked after April 21, 2020): A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.
