The home features a spacious master bedroom with a Queen bed and its own access to the condo's balcony, where you can soak up all of the amazing views that surround you! The adorable guest bedroom with 2 twin beds will provide comfort for kiddos and adults alike. Cooking will be a breeze in the well-stocked, beautifully remodeled kitchen, featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy an evening in, lounging on the comfortable sofa while watching your favorite shows, or make it a game night at the cozy dining table! Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - Queen Bed 2nd Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds You'll be steps away from some of Ouray's most popular activities! Take a stroll in Ouray's quaint downtown, where you'll find a variety of shops and restaurants or take a scenic hike our any of Ouray's popular trails. Walk down to the beautiful Box Canyon Falls, where you'll find a roaring waterfall or the Ice Park in the winter! Rent a Jeep or take a popular Jeep tour from a local! In the summer the wildflowers and waterfalls will be a sight to see! The home is dog friendly (2 dogs max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250). There is street parking for guests on 5th Avenue, facing the condo building. The unit does not have a washer and dryer, but there is coin operated laundry within the complex. Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  • Quick Snap Shot: You'll be steps away from everything in our newly remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath condo with stunning views of the surrounding peaks! You'll love the layout and functionality in the new kitchen, with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances!

  • 1. CHECK-IN TIME is AFTER 4 p.m. MST AND CHECK-OUT TIME is 10 a.m. MST. No early check-ins. This agreement does not create a tenancy or residence. You must depart at the appropriate time. 2. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Note that the maximum occupancy allowed is noted at the top of this document. Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy. You will be charged $25 per day per person if you exceed the maximum occupancy (children 5 and under do not count towards the maximum occupancy). 3. SUPPLIES: Upon arrival, the property will have several days supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent (if applicable), bar soap, shampoo and liquid hand soap in the kitchen. If you are missing supplies upon arrival, please contact us. If you run out during your stay, please purchase more as required. 4. CLEANING FEE: A departure cleaning fee has been charged. However, if the property is left exceptionally dirty/trashed and additional cleaning time is required beyond the norm, you will be charged for the additional time. Please ensure that all dishes are put in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher the morning you depart. In addition, please start a load of towels the morning you depart. 5. NO SMOKING: This is a non-smoking property (marijuana or tobacco) and pets are not permitted, unless the home is pet friendly, and the $25/day pet fee (Max $150) has been paid. Please note the maximum number of pets is two (2). Please do not bring more than two pets and please clean up after your pets. 6. MINIMUM AGE: We will not rent to anyone under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 7. EVENTS: Events such as weddings, reunions, rehearsal dinners or any type of gathering of more then 150% of the properties sleeping occupancy are not allowed without prior written authorization from the Property Manager. 8. WEAPONS: To ensure the safety of all of our guests, guns are forbidden on the property at all times, even if the guests has a concealed-carry permit. 9. INDEMNIFICATION: Guest agrees to indemnify and hold the Homeowner and Property Manager harmless from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by Guest or parties invited onto the property by Guest.
