Newly renovated and furnished with Master bedroom direct oceanfront with king bed and bonus single twin, Guest bedroom has 3 single twin beds, 2 twins can be assembled as a king, 3rd bedroom has queen double bed and bonus 4th bedroom has a full size bed. It is a larger 1200 square foot apartment with a very large ocean front corner balcony. Full open concept kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware and serving utensils, a living and dining area, modern decorated with magnificent views of the ocean. Extra guests: Standard rate includes sleeping up to 7 guests, each additional guest is $45 per night up to maximum of 9 guests. In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs.
