There is even a queen air mattress in the spare bedroom to sleep those extra two guests This condo is on the main floor level with just five steps and has a deck for your morning coffee or evening beverage of choice. This place is very peaceful and productive depending on your flavor. Guest access In addition to the entire condo, you will also have access to all of Pointe Royale's beautiful amenities! This includes one indoor pool (open year round) and two outdoor pools (open seasonally during the summer months), hot tub (open year round), tennis, basketball, fishing, children's playgrounds, walking trails, 24 hour fitness center, plus 24 hour gated security. You can also make a tee time at Pointe Royale's golf course (for a fee) or enjoy an evening out at the clubhouse's bar and grill! Other things to note BOAT RENTAL OR STORAGE! The State Park Marina is only 10 minutes away and offers a variety of boat rentals if you want to spend a day out on the lake! There is no boat or trailer parking onsite, but you can park across the street at Branson Storage and tell them you are a guest at Pointe Royale for $10.00 a day.
