SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: While private hot tubs remain open, most shared workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19. Nightly rates have been adjusted due to these temporary public health restrictions of amenities. Only a few shared pool/hot tub areas are open. Expedition Station is also an amenity rich building; on-site there's a year-round outdoor heated pool and a hot tub as well as a sauna, small exercise room, a pool table and the Kidtopia headquarters! Just ouside the building is the Dercum Square ice rink/mini golf and you can walk to many closeby activities, shopping and dining options.
